Job Purpose:

The Cell Phone Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with various types of mobile devices, ensuring functionality post-repair, and providing customer support. The technician should possess knowledge of different mobile operating systems, hardware, and software, and have expertise in repairing and replacing screens, batteries, buttons, cameras, and other components.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair cell phone hardware and software issues.
Replace damaged or malfunctioning components such as screens, batteries, and charging ports.
Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of devices to ensure optimal performance.
Stay abreast of the latest cell phone technology and repair techniques.
Provide exceptional customer service, communicating repair options and timelines effectively.
Manage inventory of replacement parts and order new stock as needed.
Document all repairs and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
